ORDER

How do I place my order?

  • To Place this order, follow these steps :

  1. Browse through our wide catalog of Products until you find something you like, Choose the relevant size and click on the “Add to Cart” button (You can add multiple products in your cart).
  2. In “My Cart” you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the Order.
  3. Once the Cart is all set, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button, Submit your Billing details and Shipping Address, Select the preferred Payment Method and Confirm your Order.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

  • An E-mail and SMS will be sent once you have successfully placed your order. We will send an e-mail with your order information to confirm and another e-mail when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your Credit/Debit card and address details have been approved and verified unless it a COD. Till then chill out and wait for your product to arrive.

How will I receive my order?

  • Your order is shipped by us through courier services at your mentioned shipping address, So your orders will be delivered in fully shield packages to protect your products and ensure that they reach you in a perfect condition at your doorstep.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • 5-7 days from the date of the order.

How should I check my product status?

  • Open your KULTINC registered account. Go to the “My Order” section and there you can check your order status.
  • Once your order is placed. We will send you confirmation of your Order details over E-mail and SMS. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via SMS. In case of any usual event which delays your order. You would receive a special update from our side.

If you still getting problems, then you can write to us at support@kultinc.com and your issue will be addressed as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION

How do I cancel my order?

  • Log in to the KULTINC account, click on “My Account” and select the order which you wish to cancel. You can cancel the order by clicking on the “Cancel Order” button.

How cancelled order works?

  • After Submitting the cancellation request has been accepted. We will send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

NOTE: If the order is already shipped. We would not be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded to your KULTINC account within 24 hours.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

How do I return the product/s?

  • You can return an item online at KULTINC.COM by following the below steps.
  1. Log in to the “My Account” section at KULTINC.COM.
  2. Select the product that needs to be returned.

Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

How does the returns process work?

  • All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • The refund will be credited back 24 hours after your product is picked as per the refund option selected by you during the return process.

What are the refund options available to me?

  • You can choose to get your refund in the following ways:
  • Cash refund via bank transfer into your account for all COD orders.
  • Money-back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
  • A Coupon Code of the refund value in your KULTINC.COM account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the “Coupons” section, by clicking on “My Account” at KULTINC.COM.

How do I exchange the product/s?

  • You can exchange an item online at KULTINC.COM by following the below steps.
  1. Log in to the “My Account” section at KULTINC.COM
  2. Select the product that needs to be exchanged.

REFUND POLICY

What are the terms and conditions for a refund?

  • You can ask for a refund against any of your orders within 7 days of its date of delivery. All refunds will be credited in your KULTINC account as credits which you can shop at KULTINC.COM. For any other requests and queries regarding refunds, Kindly write to us support@kultinc.com.

How long the refund process takes?

  • The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your KULTINC account as credit.

What Payment methods are accepted at KULTINC.COM?

Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?

  • Because, Cash on Delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can also make a payment through Net Banking, Google Pay PayTM and Credit/Debit Cards.

Are there any hidden charges?

  • There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any GST or other charges are bear by KULTINC.COM you only pay the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?

  • Information passed on the payment gateway is accurate account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure. It is usually rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days for any further clarification. You can e-mail us on support@kultinc.com.

How to buy product using Kultinc Wallet?

  • Step 1:While proceeding for payment after adding products to your cart, you can select ‘Kultinc Wallet’ option on the payment page.
  • Step 2:In case you chose to pay by other payment options, you can deselect the ‘Kultinc Wallet’ option on the payment page.
  • Step 3:In case the total amount exceeds ‘Kultinc Wallet’ balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any other payment option.

 

Is there any expiry date for wallet section?

  • Yes. ‘Kultinc Money’ part of your wallet expires after one year.

 

What is Kultinc Wallet?

  • Kultinc Wallet enables you to receive Kultinc money and refunds. You may select Kultinc Wallet as the mode of payment while placing your Order, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Wallet balance. The option of payment via My Wallet will be available on the ‘Payment Method’ page of the checkout process. You can check the balance of your Kultinc wallet by:
  • Login in to your Kultinc account
  • Go to the ‘My Wallet’ section

How can I sign up for Kultinc Wallet?

  • Every registered user has a Kultinc Wallet account. There is no separate sign up for the Wallet. In case you are not a registered Kultinc user, please register here and start using Kultinc Wallet.

 

How can I put money into my Kultinc Wallet?

  • When you purchase any product you’ll get some cashback after order is placed. You can also add money to your wallet from your bank. When you cancel or return a product the refund money is transferred to the Kultinc Wallet to provide convenience for your next purchase. Directly transferring money to Kultinc.

 

NOTE:

  • Kultinc Wallet is an instrument to park money in your Kultinc Account as a prepaid balance, and can be used only for purchases from Kultinc.com
  •  Balance in Kultinc Wallet doesn’t bear interest.
  •  Kultinc Money’ part of your Kultinc wallet post a cancelled or returned order can be refunded into the same card/account used for making the payment at the time of prepaid orders. In case of COD orders, we require you to fill a form with the necessary bank account details.
  • Kultinc Money’ part of your wallet expires after one year.
  • Kultinc Money’ amount credited in your Kultinc Wallet in connection with Kultinc marketing campaigns is non-refundable and shall expire as per applicable terms.
  • These terms can be amended, modified or withdrawn by Kultinc.com any time without notice.

  • You need to register at KULTINC.COM so that we can enhance your shopping experience every time you visit us. We keep you updated on your orders and refunds through E-mail and SMS. Though we allow you to shop as a guest, we automatically register you.

Do I need to give my email ID and mobile number for registration?

  • Yes, we will ask you for the details so that we can have your purchase delivered to you at your doorstep.
